We had an excellent stay for our “Tribe” weekend with 8 kiddos and 7 adults. There was plenty of space and bathrooms. Each bed had 2 towels and wash cloths and there was plenty of toilet paper (small things you think of with so many kids!). Beach access was extremely easier and the large shaded table down stairs made lunch time a breeze. Highly recommend for large groups with kids.

Overall a great stay! The house sits in a great location steps from the water, and was clean and tidy. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the owners of a neighboring house had obnoxiously loud music to the point you couldn’t hear your own speaker on the beach.

We had a great stay! location was amazing and house was clean! Their were some neighbors who left their dogs unattended on the porch all day and they were non stop barking but we called customer service and they got the issue taken care of within no time. Will def be looking to booking with Bolivar Vacations for our spring break next year!!

The house was just ok.The kitchen was way too crowded with chairs but that was the only eating area. What people might need to know is that the house is on stilts. There are 30 stairs up. Also,because it is so high it sways all the time. We got there on a red flag day so the house was rocking!As far as the house,there was not enough family room or showers for 13 of us. The toilet seat in the bathroom was totally loose
and would slide around. It
was very irritating. Overall we enjoyed our beach time and the warm days and found some really great places to eat.
