Over 2,500 sq ft, the home features 3 large bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a formal dining room, great room, screened porch, dedicated workspace, games, and full-size laundry room. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, fresh linens, towels, toiletries, and baby essentials (high chair & playpen).
Considered a mansion in its era, the home boasts high ceilings, oversized bedrooms, and abundant natural light. Modern upgrades include high-speed WiFi, smart TVs in every bedroom and living room, and a full-size washer/dryer.
Sleeping Arrangements:
- Primary bedroom: 1 King bed
- Bedrooms 2–3: 2 Queen beds
- (Sleeps up to 68 comfortably)

Private access to the entire 3BR/2.5BA main home area with keyless entry, and dedicated parking just steps from the covered porch keyless entry.
Additional Space Available:

The Mansion on Main was perfect for our stay during the recent NC Main Street Conference. We walked to downtown Mooresville for daily meetings and dinner. The owners did a great job maximizing the space of the historic home for the new use. We would definitely recommend this to anyone coming into town.
