Single-family house "Oscha", 2 storeys. 3 km from the centre of Lovran, on the outskirts, 800 m from the centre of Medveja, 5 km from the centre of Opatija, in a secluded position, 800 m from the sea, from the beach. For shared use: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and plants, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 02.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Motor access to the house (100 m via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket, bus stop, pebble beach 800 m. Marina 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Airfield 50 km from the property. The access to the property by car via Camp Medveja.

Dom pięknie położony przy najlepszej plaży na wybrzeżu Istrii. Apartament świetnie wyposażony i bardzo czysty aczkolwiek najlepsze czasy ma już za sobą. Atutem jest basen, sredniej wielkości ale bardzo zadbany. Przemiła właścicielka. Polecam A.

Quiet, peacefull. If you prefer action you only have to walk/drive 900 meters to the shore. The owner is a very nice, fiendly, beautifull woman. She helped us wit all kinds of questions and problems (dentist and searching for the best restaurants. Area is safe and private because of the electronic gate (with 4 other houses). The only thing you can't see on the photograps are the different levels. The pool is 2 levels higher (stairs) and the barbecue is shared with the others. No problem at all!

Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wenn man viel Kochen möchte ist der Herd vielleicht etwas klein. Die Lage ist sehr schön für einen ruhigen, erholsamen Urlaub. Dennoch ist der Weg zum Strand nicht weit. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen für alle, die im Urlaub Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Reisetipps: Sehr schöner Strand in Medvejia. Ende Mai/Anfang Juni auch nicht überlaufen. Man kann auch viele Wanderungen in das Ucka–Gebirge unternehmen. Wir haben mehr Möglichkeiten und Routen für Mountainbiker erwartet. Das sollte noch verbessert werden.
