Pros: Host very welcoming and very responsive to requests. House was practical and reasonably well equipped. Had all the charm and idiosyncrasies of an old property.
Cons: With a quirky layout comes slight inconvenience of bathrooms on floor below the bedrooms. However a small price to pay for the chance of staying in a lovely old stone house.
