Brand new (2022) stunning penthouse condo in the heart of downtown Winter Park. It has the perfect blend of privacy and easy access to all that Winter Park has to offer. The building is steps to the free shuttle stop or an easy stroll to your favorite restaurant or Hideaway Park for entertainment.

Construction on the neighboring property will affect access to our parking lot. There will be a drop-off zone for your belongings at the building entrance and elevator. Convenient parking is within 1/2 block of the building and visible from our unit. Thanks for your patience during this time.

The spacious loft has a queen size bed, a couch/chaise that opens up to a double bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet that has a workstation that can be used as a private office.

We stayed here for a family wedding in Winter Park. Some of us traveled from Denver while others traveled in from out of state. We had a clean, comfortable stay and throughly enjoyed our weekend getaway in the mountains. Would recommend!
