Welcome to #4 Yonder Way, a spacious, pet-friendly cabin in the heart of the Mississippi Delta. Perfect for Lake Chicot fishing trips, family vacations, business travel, or weekend getaways, this comfortable cabin offers everything you need to relax and recharge.
The private bedroom features two full-size beds, making it ideal for families, friends, or anyone who enjoys extra sleeping space. The inviting living room includes two recliners, perfect for relaxing after a day on the water or exploring the Delta. You’ll also enjoy a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils for easy meal preparation.
Your stay includes complimentary daily light housekeeping with fresh towels and restocked essentials.
Guests enjoy full access to Pecan Grove’s amenities, including a private fishing pier, boat launch, fish-cleaning station, playground, and open green spaces. Just across the highway, Lake Chicot—the largest oxbow lake in North America—offers outstanding fishing, boating, kayaking, birdwatching, and beautiful Mississippi Delta sunsets.
Bringing your dog? Enjoy peaceful leash walks through our scenic pecan orchard, then visit our fenced dog park on Say What Circle, just a short walk away.

We also offer additional cabins throughout Pecan Grove and Cypress Hall, our nearby event venue for reunions, weddings, fishing tournaments, retreats, business meetings, and other special gatherings.

The rooms and service was awesome!!Contacting management at 815 pm was not too terrible for a lock the bathad died in locking us out of the room. They were propmpt at fixing the issue and pleasant to work with.
