About this house rental
Permit 000324. Our beautiful, Spanish-style villa is was built in 2005 and is located in the small gated community of Puerta Azul, in South La Quinta adjacent to PGA West. It is a 15 minute bike ride to Coachella Festival. Our home has 12' ceilings and is all on one level and features three bedrooms- two with king beds , and one with a queen bed and gas fireplace. There is master and guest bathroom and all bedrooms and common area have ceiling fans .
The private gated yard features a private pool and spa, a built in gas BBQ grill, , outdoor table with 6 chairs with fan above table , love seat and four chairs with gas fire table , and three chaise lounges. It has western exposure and has views of the mountains.
The home is air conditioned and has fantastic light from the numerous west facing windows. The kitchen is modern with granite tile and stainless appliances and features an island with seating for light meals or hanging out. There are fans in all three bedrooms, family room and outside eating area above the table.
The master bathroom features dual vanities, private toilet, tub and frameless glass shower. The second bathroom has a walk in glass shower, single vanity and toilet.
There are flat screen cable TVs in both the family room and the master bedroom.
Our house also has a private one car garage for your use and a washer and dryer for those longer stays!
Puerta Azul is a resort like community and has two large hotel like community pools & spas (one only one house away and the other only a 4 minute walk from our house!). Puerta Azul features a fitness center, tennis & bocce ball courts, clubhouse, with a walking trail (paseo) running through the center of the resort. The resort setting features spectacular mountain views and a convenient location to the golf at PGA West (right next to Puerta Azul) and the restaurants in Old Town La Quinta.

We loved staying here! The pool and hot tub were amazing, the house was well stocked, and communication with Diane was very easy. We stayed for Coachella the house was less than 15 minutes from the festival. We would absolutely stay here again!

The property is in a great location and is nicely set up. The private pool and hot tub is a fantastic plus (although a bit pricey). The host is very accommodating and attentive.

Home was beautiful, however communication with the host on entering the gated property and difficult on key location, WFI, pool operations and A/C control. The TV in the second bedroom did not work, the rest of the TVs were out dated. No instructions about the key card for the front gate. Host ask us to leave early were we felt rushed and the pool contractor went in the back yard without ring the door bell and seen my wife half naked.
