This complex is one of the new condo complex in the area. Located within a 5 minute walk from Eagle Beach, one of the most beautiful beach of the world.
This fully equipped unit is designed with your comfort and experience in mind and it will certainly make your visit to Aruba a vacation to remember.
This fabulous condo is located in a gated community called The Pearl Condo with 24/7 security and offers an external parking space, beautiful pools and Jacuzzi. The condo is nicely decorated with a modern kitchen that can easily accommodate 4 people. It includes everything you need to prepare a good meal if you don't feel like going out (stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and cookware).
The relaxing bedroom has a king size bed, a working desk for laptop. The spacious living room has a queen size sofa-bed that can sleep two additional guests, Smart TV so you can enjoy an evening at home. It is equipped with A/C and you also have laundry facilities available for all units for a small fee.
A balcony overlooking the pools is equipped with patio chairs so you can enjoy a drink after a day at the beach or your morning coffee while you plan your upcoming activities of the day.
This condo also includes free Wi-Fi, linens and towels. Our goal is to provide you with a "home sweet home" experience. All you need to do is relax and enjoy your stay without any worries.
There are no cleaning services during your stay. The cleaning fee only covers the check-out cleaning.
In the area:
Everything you need is by walking distance : beach, grocery stores, restaurants. For anything that would require a car you can easily rent one from the airport or close to the condo.

Perfect stay for our needs. The property is pretty quiet which was good for a couple celebrating 24 year anniversary. A short walk to Eagle Beach. There were enough good restaurants within walking distance that if we were tired from our day we did not have to drive. It is not fancy, but clean with plenty of room. Very thoughtful accoutrements, met all of our needs and was a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful two week stay at the Pearl Condo Hotel # 50. It was conveniently located a five minute walk to Eagle Beach, close to restaurants, movie theatre and grocery stores. The condo itself was as advertised. Very quiet building and lovely pool/hot tub area which was never crowded. The only drawback - no TV access. Not sure what the problem was but the owner was contacted and we were told that because she wasn't close by there wasn't much she could do about it. It was indicated that the cleaners could have a look at it but the cleaners were not expected until after we left. Overall it was a quiet, convenient location with a convenience store and souvenir shop close by. Would definitely rent is that area again.

The condo was perfect for our stay in Aruba. It was clean and spacious. Our host provided beach chairs for the beach and floaties for the pool. Check in was very simple, and instructions were sent in a timely manner before we arrived. The condo wasn't loud or crowded, and the staff was all very friendly and helpful. We were just a short walk from Eagle Beach and there was plenty of parking for our rental vehicle. The only problem we encountered was with the televisions. They were "smart" TV's, but no apps were installed and we weren't able to add any in order to use them. But, were so busy enjoying ourselves, that we didn't need TV. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

We had an amazing 9 days staying in eagle beach. A quick 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Close proximity and a central location to all attractions and stores. A 10/10 VRBO will happily come back anytime.
