Welcome to one of the most well known historic neighborhoods in all of Phoenix... the family friendly Windsor Neighborhood. Walk through the neighborhood and check out all the unique historic homes on the way to Uptown Plaza… the first strip mall shopping center in Phoenix or take just as short of a walk on 7th St for a bite to eat at any of the great spots along "Restaurant Row".
The first homes in the Windsor neighborhood were built in 1929, but the neighborhood didn't reach completion of all homes until the early 1950's, due to the depression and WWII.
Originally opened in 1955 at the corner of Central and Camelback, Uptown plaza was completely remodeled a few years back to bring the original look and feel back, but with an updated modern luxury twist.
AJ’s Fine Foods, Dynamite Brewing Co, Sushi Vibe, Let's Toast, Flower Child, Elly's Breakfast, Chula’s Seafood, The Boardroom, West Elm, The Muse, Shake Shack, Zookz Sandwich Shop, Chipotle, See's Candies and Nektar Juice Bar are a number of the great spots all located in Uptown Plaza… but there’s still more than that.
Minutes from Camelback mountain (also seen from the street) and only 2.5 miles to the famed Arizona Biltmore hotel, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in the late 1920’s. The Biltmore Fashion Square shopping, entertainment and restaurant area is adjacent as well.
Centrally located throughout the entire Phoenix valley, excellent for accessing Phoenix has to offer! Very close to GCU, we regularly host families and students as well :)
We also cater to those coming to Phoenix's many great hospital and care facilities nearby. Please let us know in advance, so we can do our best to accommodate your stay and hopefully help with the healing process.

This is the best place to stay in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. It is conveniently located, immaculate, quiet, comfortable. Most of all our interactions and the responses by Brian were the best we have ever experienced at a VRBO property since VRBO went live online. We are going to stay there every time we go to or through Phoenix and have already changed a road trip for later this year so that we make sure to be able to stay there instead of taking another route. OUTSTANDING !

We had such an unforgettable experience staying at this beautiful guest house! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The space is cozy, stylish, and spotless – a true home away from home.The pool area is absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful. We spent hours lounging, swimming, and soaking up the sun. It was the perfect place to unwind and disconnect.What made our stay even more special were the incredible hosts. They were warm, friendly, and made us feel right at home. One of the unexpected highlights? Our dog got to play with their sweet dog, and they became fast friends! It was such a joy to watch them run around together – truly heartwarming.If you’re looking for a relaxing, pet-friendly escape with thoughtful hosts and top-notch amenities, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

This property is fantastic and its owners are very welcoming and very easy to work with. Backyard and the pool are beautiful. Great central location and it is close to everything you need for your stay. Don’t miss out on this one.
