PRIME LOCATION
Located in the Dr. Phillips neighborhood, right in the heart of the three main theme parks.
✔ 5 mins to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and the Convention Center
✔ 8 mins to Disney Parks including Magic Kingdom and Epcot
✔ 3 mins to International Drive – packed with attractions, restaurants, and outlet malls
Amazing view from the patio at night. You'll see the gorgeous lake and beautiful fireworks every night!
Our villa is two-story, fully air-conditioned, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. All linens and towels are provided, along with an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap.
ONE BEDROOM AND A HALF / TWO BATH VILLA
The set up of the rooms is ideal for families with small kids. You would have to pass through a smaller bedroom to access the master bedroom.
UPSTAIRS
✔ PRIVATE MASTER BEDROOM with a queen-size bed, closet, TV, and a full bathroom. To access the master bedroom, you pass through the smaller the semi-private bedroom.
✔ SEMI-PRIVATE SECOND BEDROOM with a queen-size bed. Provides access to the master bedroom (a door separates the two rooms)

✔ Breakfast area
✔ Fully equipped kitchen with electric range, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, pots, and utensils

We loved the location. Everything was very clean. The check in was super easy. One fun surprise was being able to walk out back to the lake and see the fireworks show each evening at Magic Kingdom and Epcot.

The furnishings need improvement , water pressure in both bathrooms awful, shower heads need changed , ants in the kitchen , Def not as clean as shown in the pictures . We will not recommend .
