Wonderful holiday home, managed by Canariasgetaway, completely renovated in September 2023 with top quality materials, next to Las Burras beach, in the south of Gran Canaria.
Accommodation of 85 m², with exquisite decoration, spacious living room with large windows overlooking a quiet communal pool and the sea in the background.
It has two large double bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1.5 metres wide and the second with two single beds of 0.9 metres wide, two complete bathrooms and a very spacious living room. It has a capacity for four people.
Just a stone's throw from the beach, ideal for families and with everything you need for a great holiday, both short breaks and long stays on the beach. Perfectly equipped with air conditioning, communal swimming pool, covered parking in the same building, iron, hairdryer, 1 fan, 1 TV, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German).
Wifi with unlimited internet connection of 500MB.
American style kitchen with an island, fully equipped with induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
It has a smart lock to be able to leave without keys, at night it is convenient to take the access key to the complex in case they lock the door.
There is parking inside the complex, so you don't have to waste time looking for street parking during your stay.
The accommodation offers exclusive sunbeds for guests in the pool area, right in front of the accommodation with sea view.
Las Burras beach is located in the coastal area of the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana, in the south of Gran Canaria, one of the most important tourist resorts in the Canary Islands. It is a very popular beach, but its 300 metres in length and 110 metres in width allow you to rest comfortably in a hammock, sunbathing or relaxing under the umbrella. The beach is sheltered by a breakwater, making it safe and quiet, ideal for children to enjoy. Precisely for this reason, this cosy beach of toasted sand is one of the favourite beaches for families.

Place was as advertised and location was great. 30 second walk to the beach and oceanfront boardwalk. Less than 5 minute walk to the shopping centre for groceries. guaranteed parking spot inside. Check in is a bit funky as the keys to get inside the compound are locked inside the condo which has a combination lock on the front door. A helpful neighbor let us in through the main gate. Other option would be to hop over it I guess.Other than that oddity the place is lovely with a well appointed kitchen, clean rooms, nice beds and good bathrooms. Living room/dining room area is roomy and comfortable. We would stay there again.

La estancia ha sido muy recomendable. Los anfitriones profesionales, nos recibieron en la madrugada personalmente. Buen apartamento, con todo lo necesario y a pie de playa. La ubicación para conocer la isla genial. Hemos pasado casi dos semamas en familia muy bien, la playa es familiar y muy bonita. Gracias
