Cozy, family-friendly lake house nestled in the breathtaking shores of Lake Erie. 2 bedroom 4-season home the perfect place to create long-lasting memories with loved ones. Situated across the road from the lake and a private beach, with a picnic table and firepit setup on the beach - great for roasting marshmallows and s'mores.
This cozy bungalow boasts 2 bedrooms with a full bathroom, an open concept living and dining room, and a full kitchen with ample space to entertain.
The first bedroom has a queen bed with a lake view. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a trundle (3 single beds), with views to a beautiful private backyard.
The living room has a large window to watch the waves and experience serenity. Lots of space to entertain outdoors with large decks at the front and at the back of the home.
New hot tub added! It seats 6 guests comfortably. Please follow the rules and respect the cleanliness before and after use. please do not go directly from the beach into the hot tub. Please rinse off before entering the hot tub.
Two kayaks are provided to get on the water and enjoy all that Lake Erie has to offer. Please monitor the weather conditions and use your own discretion. Always wear life jackets when on the water and please bring water shoes as there are many big rocks when entering the waters.
Across the street is your own piece of heaven, with beautiful large trees for shade and private access to the lake. Please only use our private beach. You're welcome to walk on the beach across the water. However, do not sit or use beach areas. fenced large backyard has a deck, hot tub, and firepit. Watch beautiful sunsets or sunrises or go swimming/fishing as you desire.

Relaxing weekend.
Would have liked to see a binder with instructions/ tips on everythjng is so that we did not have to leep checking in with the host. They had everything, but just did not know where it was.

Our trip started with very poor communication. I had reached out with several questions a couple days before check in with no response until a few minutes after our check in time. We were driving 10 hours to get there and not sure if we were going to have access to the property as the host didn’t respond back until just after check in time. Communication was minimal and poor information shared about the area.
Our second main concern was the uncomfortable second bedroom (not in pictures of the cottage). My teenage kids said the twin mattress was a brick. They slept horribly.
The last problem was with cleanliness-the outside garage was full when we arrived, there was only a small garbage container available and no bags. There is junk lining the inside of the fence in the backyard-we didn’t use the backyard area.
There are cute decorations within this small cottage. Better communication from the start would have helped greatly. Overall cleanliness of living space was good-just issues with lack of ways to dispose of garbage (and no recycling surprised us). I felt that communication with the host was very brief and late. I was so anxious that we were not going to have a place to stay because of the delay in communication prior to check in. I appreciated the time near the lake but was disappointed in our stay.
