I love the location. Parking is paid during the day and at night it's for local residents only but 100m away by the hotel, the street has free nighttime parking. The only negative I have is that there should be 2 sets of keys because we were 2 couples. We locked ourselves out and went downtown to get a 2nd set with a 30 deposit and it was reimbursed upon return of the keys but it's convenient to have 2 sets so that we all have access to the apartment. The other big recommendation is that there should be a corkscrew to open bottles. Again, I loved the area and the apartment is gorgeous and very spacious. I'd stay there again!

The property had some sewer issues and the hall bathroom had broken and loose floor tiles. The shower head was also broken in that bathroom.
It can get noisy at night due to being in close proximity to night clubs.
The plus side is it is easy walking distance to many things you would want to see or restaurants you would want to try.
