This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor unit is nestled within a charming three story home that features six private condos. Thoughtfully designed and comfortably appointed, the unit offers a relaxing home base for recharging between Charleston adventures.



Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.



This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06546 and business license BL034113.



Guest Access:

🔑Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.

⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.

The host was accommodating and home was comfortable. The only thing missing were TVs in the bedrooms and maybe some hooks/additional furniture in the smaller bedrooms for hanging/storing items.

Overall is was a lovely stay and appreciated how responsive the management company was. It was spacious and comfortable. Only feedback is that there was a really strong cleaning solution smell for several days and someone else kept parking on our parking spot. Bathrooms could use new shower liners (they were falling off) and a bit of a refresh (holes in the wall) I would also change out the Damprids as they were full!

The rooms were clean and maintained. The pictures were accurate. We did have a few issues and didn’t get a response from the host until after we checked out. They were willing to work with us after the fact. The unit is on the first floor(street level) and the blinds do not cover/close completely. It was a little unsettling at night.Parking is very tight but doable. The property outside is not inviting and made us think twice when we arrived late at night for check-in.
