The host was welcoming and the space was comfortable for me and the rest of the guests I enjoyed the greeting snacks and how put together the space was one little thing I think should be provided is a broom just so guests can keep their area clean besides that great!!

We were interested because of the game room on listing. The basement was too chilly to spend time down there. Home was clean, beds were comfortable. Recommend adding hand towels in the bathrooms.

This property has some positive attributes, but overall, it does not hold value for the money. It is also worth noting that we reached out to the host about our concerns during our stay and found the host to be unreceptive. Pros: - The "closing duties" were very minimal and reasonable. - The water pressure is good. - Beds are generally comfortable. - The location is generally quiet, feels safe, and is close to cute shopping, eating, and parks. - The property, while worn, was generally clean indoors. (See notes about outdoors below).Cons: - The outdoor area is completely unusable. The firepit listed in the title of this property was full of water and green growth. It was rusted out. The firepit area was overgrown and inaccessible without walking through tall growth. The chairs were all too dirty to sit on. - There was a broken, jagged, trellis in the backyard, which could be unsafe if you had children in the yard. - There were no yard games, as listed in the Title of the property. Although there were various beanbags strewn throughout the yard, there was no game present. This property title is very misleading given the state of the property.- Of the 6 dining chairs, only 3 are usable. One was cracked and so slanted it could not be sat on. Others were wobbly and crooked. We had to bring in a chair from the office area in order to use the dining table for our guest count. - There was a lack of linens-- there was one hand towel for the kitchen, no obvious wash cl
