Set on 4.5 acres of pristine Sonoran Desert beside Saguaro National Park, this private ranch retreat offers mountain views, open skies, and room to relax. Enjoy the sparkling salt pool with Baja deck, heated spa, and landscaped courtyard. Multiple outdoor spaces invite you to unwind — dine under the Ramada with built-in BBQ and lights, or curl up with a book in the screened Arizona Room overlooking the courtyard.

Inside, a split-bedroom floor plan provides privacy and comfort for families and groups. The main kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for entertaining, including convection ovens, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and butcher block — plus a bonus prep kitchen for extra space and appliances. Gather in the formal dining room, living room, or Arizona Room, and let the “flex room” with extra bunk beds add flexibility.

With space to spread out, both indoors and out, this home is designed for enjoyment and desert living — whether you’re soaking in the pool/spa, grilling at sunset, or heading straight to hiking and biking trails just steps away.

Guest Access:
You will have the entire ranch to yourselves. We do have weekly pool service and monthly yard maintenance, so you may see those service people during your stay, but they will stay out of your way.

The Neighborhood:
The properties in the Historic Notch neighborhood are all on at least 3 acres, so you'll have ultimate privacy. The stunning views of the Catalina and Rincon Ranges from the courtyard, living room and bedrooms are sure to inspire. Watch the sunrise light up the Rincons from the courtyard by the pool. And watch the gorgeous sunset views as the sun goes down on the Catalinas. Wildlife is abundant and frequently seen throughout the property.

Getting Around:
Easy to get in and out of town by way of Speedway or Broadway. 30 minutes from Tucson International Airport. Safeway, Whole Foods, Costco, Target, Walmart, Sprouts and other major names all close by within 5-20 minutes.
