• Check-in after 4 p.m.; check-out by 10 a.m.
• Overnight guests must not exceed the room's maximum occupancy and may be subject to eviction.
• State ID or driver’s license required upon booking.
• City residents must book a minimum 3-night stay.
• A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

We had an excellent stay and found the property and its amenities quite enjoyable. We look forward to staying at this site. There are a couple of minor notes, but these in no way detracted from our enjoyment of our stay.In Bedroom 1, the bedside light by the closet burned out. In the bathroom of BR 1, the toilet paper holder is quite loose and falls with each use. Again, nothing major, but I wanted you to know.We also found a plate of old broiled fish in the bottom drawer of the fridge. It was really easy to miss as the plate was at an angle, so it just looked white. It wasn't until one child opened the drawer that we even found it and disposed of it.Overall, it is a quality property in a pleasant location. It has a beautiful Southern antebellum feel, and we just had a blast. This was our first foray into the Vrbo world, but will definitely not be our last. Thanks.

The house itself was quite nice. Very high ceilings which made it seem open and roomy. I was disappointed that the furniture on the balcony was missing and there were just cushions left on the ground. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy, but we didn't have any problems. Very short walk to the streetcar. The kitchen could use a few more things, like mixing/serving bowls.Overall, we liked the house.

Great location. Most expensive of other comparable options! queen bunk beds! Bring your own pillows. Wait until last minute to book. They dropped the price a ton for last minute bookers.
