Very comfortable, the house boasts 5 bedrooms, including 3 which are air-conditioned.
The garden, of 3000 sq.m, is nicely laid out and has plenty of trees (oak trees, pine trees, olive trees).
There you will also find a large swimming pool of 12 by 16 metres, a jacuzzi, a trampoline and a ping-pong table for the enjoyment of both adults and children!
During the months of July and August, you will be able to enjoy the vegetables from the vegetable garden; (the tomatoes are excellent!).
The large top terrace, built in exotic wood, is perfect for your evening gatherings, with an elegant atmosphere, table and teak chairs, garden furniture and barbecue.
The house is ideal to comfortably accommodate 10 people. Particularly convenient for families with children; the lower part of the house can serve, at your convenience, as a partially independent apartment, with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and a large bathroom.
The linen is provided, sheets, bath towels and toiletries.
