Girls/Guys getaway? Family Reunions? Relax by lounging in the new heated pool & 10 person spa or spending the night by the fires.
Enjoy our 4 bed , 3 bath (plus new outdoor shower & vanity), recently updated home. The spacious and stunning 1/2 acre yard features extra sleeping space in the Iconic newly remodeled 1978 Airstream. This home is located in the Cactus Corridor.
Before booking this home, please review ALL house rules to make sure that this is the right home for you. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
Soak up the sun in this gorgeous backyard featuring your own private bar, covered Ramada with EVO cooktop, built in Traeger Timberline XL Smoker Grill, outdoor dining, and a mini-golf course. Take a swim or lounge around the brand new heated pool/spa, or simply relax by one of three fires, to include the Wood burning Cowboy Cauldron- open fire cooking and s'mores! For the families that enjoy cooking, you won't want to leave this gourmet set up !!!
Please note that we enforce good neighbor policies. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. We do not provide speakers and/or sound systems on site. Located on property, inside the Ramada a noise monitoring device called Minut detects noise that reaches a concern. If this happens, you will be notified.
Guests are not allowed to tamper with, unplug or modify the security cameras on the exterior of the home for any reason including turning off or disabling the internet modem or router. These are in place for security and insurance purposes.
Breaking this rule and not remedying the situation within an hour is grounds for immediate eviction without a refund.
The backyard living space is the nicest in the Valley- guests remark they feel like they are at the Four Seasons Resort. Heated Pool and 10 person spa is available for $125/night upon request, (82 degrees on pool and 102 degrees on spa).
The house is complete with firewood- a mix of pine, eucalyptus, mesquite, ash and elm. We ask if you use the Cowboy Cauldron for fires, you replace the wood. Frys sells wood as does Home Depot all close by.
Do NOT retrieve any pickleball balls or basketball by hopping the fence! Extra balls located in the garage above ice machine.
No pickleball or basketball games on court after 10p.m.
Please be considerate of neighbors when playing pickleball or basketball. Foul language is discouraged as there are many neighbors with children.
NO PARTIES. NO EVENTS WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT. NO WEDDINGS
Pack N Play with sheets available on site.

We booked this spot for the WM Open. The house is as advertised, and it has all the things necessary for a great time. April, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend.

I can’t rate this property without first acknowledging the hostess-APRIL—she is amazing-prompt, answers you within minutes. she is 5 Star. The house is clean with plenty of everything! very well equipped-has everything you need-NO DOUBT-My husband took our son for his bachelor trip with 10 other groomsmen—backyard is over the top-they grilled, played basketball pickleball putting contests swam hot tubbed and had bonfires way into the night. Scheduled a private chef for 12 people and it was a dream for him to cook and serve in the wonderfully stock kitchen. Our son and his friends had a blast—even though weather wasn’t good and WM Tourney was a wreck! The Guys said they should have stayed at house!! Do not hesitate on this 5 plus star property and April, you outdid yourself, THANK YOU! God Bless you and yours!!

This home was perfect for our spring break vacation! Very clean and comfortable for a large group. The pool, hot tub, mini golf, and bikes were a hit! Was nice to be next to the maricopa trail for walking and biking.
