Beautifully renovated and thoughtfully styled throughout, this welcoming single-level holiday home offers the perfect blend of comfort, warmth and relaxed coastal living. With light-filled interiors, stylish bedrooms and inviting open-plan living spaces, it’s an ideal escape for families, couples or small groups looking to unwind and enjoy a peaceful getaway.
Designed with comfort in mind, the spacious open-plan living area flows seamlessly to the rear of the home, creating a relaxed and social atmosphere for spending time together. A cosy gas log fireplace in the living room ensure year-round comfort, while ceiling fans in the bedrooms provide a cool retreat during the warmer months. Please note there is aircon in the front living room only.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for easy holiday meals and includes a barista style coffee machine to start your mornings right. Guests are to supply their own beans. Quality linen is supplied for all stays, along with free unlimited Wi-Fi, two Smart TVs with complimentary Netflix and Stan, a Bluetooth speaker, games and books for laid-back afternoons or cosy nights in.
Step outside to enjoy the grassy backyard, complete with a Weber BBQ and a charming cubby house to keep the kids entertained while the adults relax. Additional conveniences include newly renovated bathrooms, a high chair for families travelling with little ones, and an extra drinks fridge perfect for entertaining.

Take a short walk to the renowned Bannisters Pavilion Rooftop Bar and Grill, award winning Gwylo restaurant, and Mollymook shopping village (supermarket, deli, bakery, liquor store, takeaway, newsagent, pharmacy). Just down around the corner and a short walk is the Mollymook Bowling Club providing full bar facilities and meals.
Take a relaxing walk on the coastal pathway to South Mollymook and all it has to offer, including the famous Mollymook Golf Club overlooking the beach. Just a short 5 minute drive takes you to Narrawallee Beach and inlet where you can enjoy fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding, or to the village of Milton where you will find boutique shops, antiques and variety of restaurants and cafes to enjoy.

We were away for the Australian IRB Championships as a team the house was large enough for the team, & it’s location was perfect the house was well stocked to make it feel like home highly recommendable would stay there again

A great property for our family holiday - had everything we needed and the place had a wonderfully relaxed vibe. Spotlessly clean, well-equipped and lovely furnishings and the property management was outstanding.
