Great location for just off of SK! Perfect location for pets. The pool was spectacular, and the house gives that “Old Florida Charm” being located in an established neighborhood. Everything was in close proximity, but just far enough away from the craziness of the tourism scene. The host was great and I could not be happier with our stay.

Great stay! The house was clean and comfortable. The game room and pool were fun! Loved the fresh coffee bar. Easy drive to the beach and shopping. Steve was a fantastic host and very responsive.

The owner was responsive to our suggestions and we r definitely staying there again gulf gate great location right across bridge to siesta key and he is putting in a pool. Thanks again.

This house worked great for our family of 5. It is well appointed and in a quiet neighborhood. We were happily surprised to find the garage stocked with everything we would need for a beach excursion. The host was quick to respond to communication and the check in/ check out process was really smooth and easy! There is a Sprouts and Publix within 5 minutes of the house as well as many restaurants, coffee shops, etc.
