This home is located in a peaceful, private mountain community. To preserve the relaxing setting for everyone, please keep noise to a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior aren't permitted, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm.
Extended Stays
Reservations of 30+ days are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 days require a separate agreement. A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fees and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.
Payments
If booked more than 14 days before arrival, 50% is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 14 days before check-in. If booked 14 days or fewer before arrival, full payment is due at booking.
Military Discount
We proudly offer a 5% discount to active duty military members and veterans. Proper documentation is required. Reach out to our Guest Experience Team for details.
Last-Minute Bookings
For reservations made **within 5 days of arrival**, additional verification is required to protect our homeowners and guests.
This includes:
* A clear photo of a government-issued ID

Copper Kettle cabin is a gem! The cabin is decorated beautifully and stocked so well with items most rentals do not supply.There was space for everyone to have privacy and room to gather together- with a fabulous view! The location was perfect, very close to several hiking trails and waterfalls. Having the hot tub to soak in and relax after our adventures was a bonus. Our family and pup-enjoyed our stay and plan on making Copper Kettle an annual destination.

What a great property !! The views amazing !! The house was fantastic (main living portion is upstairs just as an FYI) !! The location was great with easy access to town and parks… Just loved the entire thing. As a heads up, obviously it’s in nature and as such the property is full of carpenter bees. They don’t bother you if you don’t bother them but my daughter was a little freaked out… not a negative just something to be aware of.

Gorgeous area in a great location! Perfect for a weekend getaway. Loved overlooking the mountains in a hot tub! The house itself was clean and had everything you could possibly need!

Great place to stay! Very clean and rooms were spacious. Views were beautiful! There are not a lot of places close to eat at but found a wonderful restaurant called Root and Bone that was nearby.
