The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 52 m² apartment for rent in Biscarrosse Plage, less than 300 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a 140 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A living room with TV, sofa...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a pull-out bed (sleeps 2) that can be made into a 180cm bed
- Bedroom 3: with a pull-out bed (sleeps 2) that can be made into a 180cm bed
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- 140 m² enclosed garden
- A 15 m² terrace with garden furniture: 6 chairs, 1 table, 1 parasol, 1 barbecue, garden hose. South-facing.
- 8-metre terrace with deckchairs and jacuzzi (sleeps 4) open from 1 May to 30 September
The apartment is ideally located in Biscarrosse Plage, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Only the ground floor of the house is available for rent.
- Jacuzzi: opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.

- Pets are allowed in the accommodation for an extra charge of €15, please specify when booking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
