The host was very welcoming and supplied valuable information before we arrived. There was additional there when we arrived. The house was well supplied and everything was clearly marked. The house was well furnished and very clean, which we really appreciated. We would stay there again.

It was a nice spot. Plenty of space and the giant couch was a great place to hang out with friends. Nice patio, and very easy check in. One bummer is that the town has nothing, so not the place to go if you plan on eating out, unless you want to drive back to Palm Springs area, also it is a drive to the pool/hot tub. But we really enjoyed the hot tub and it was never crowded.

This house is just OK. The check in process was confusing as there are 2 entrances and of course we went to the wrong one and had to back out of the gate. On the 4th day of our 7 day stay we were given a pass to scan at the main gate. The keyless entry to the house worked well.The furniture is dated especially the dining room seating bench and chairs and outdoor furniture. And for you private bathroom people there is no door on the bathroom in the main bedroom. It is clear in the pictures but I didn't notice it. The beds were comfortable.The kitchen is nice but doesn't have any wine glasses and only cutlery for 4 although this is a 3 BR house. There are lots of towels, sheets and blankets and it has a good fridge and stove and coffee maker.We requested a late check out and it is 25 per hour
