Well furnished, modern two bedroom apartment located on the first floor. The apartment comes with air conditioning and WIFI, it also has two bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen and a covered terrace with views of the swimming pools and sea. The terrace is furnished with dining table, chairs and a sofa set.
Located on the beachfront complex of Marina de la Duquesa which has 4 swimming pools, padel tennis courts, a small gym, underground parking and is just a short walk to the marina with it's restaurants and shops.

We loved the location of this apartment. It is clean and spacious. The gardens and pool area are very well maintained. We would recommend this accommodation.
A smart TV would be great. Linen change after 7 days.

Location was superb. Ideal for beach, port and Sabinillas.
V quiet at night.
Well maintained complex, gardens and pool areas spotless.
Lifeguard on duty at pool.
Pool areas never over crowded
Cool air fans in apt were excellent.
4 people in the apartment- a bath towel and hand towel each. Another set of towels would have been ideal.
Pillows need to be replaced.

Marina de la Queusa never disappoints , the apartment was clean , with lovely views, so close the the marina
De Queusa estates always attentive, responsive & efficient
The air conditioning in the apartment was not all that effective & difficult to navigate ,
However ceiling fans & two large fans were of great effect

Every thing in general apart from lack of kitchen equipment
More cooking equipment had to buy our our trays for the oven none in the apartment. Found shower very temperamental.
