About this apartment rental

The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen, and a large terrace. The living room is large and has a dining table for 6 people, a sofa, and a sofa bed. From the living room you access the terrace which has stunning views to the sea and to the pool of the complex. On the terrace there is a table and chairs for 6 people and 2 loungers. The kitchen is independent and has everything needed for the stay. The rooms are large, the main overlooking the sea has a double bed, sunbeds and a large closet. It also has its own bathroom with bathtub. The secondary room has two single beds, a small table and a large wardrobe. The second bathroom has a shower.
The apartment includes covered parking with elevator access to the apartment. As well as all the services for a comfortable stay:

 Bath and beach towels, sheets, blankets. Final cleaning included in the price.
 Kitchen with all appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, blender, iron and hair dryer.
 Air conditioning, free WIF.
 Private parking included.
 Cradle and chair for babies without charge, but on request.
 Other extra equipment only on request.

The area is ideal for relaxation and also to go with children. It is a private gated complex, totally enclosed, with swimming pool and private garage spaces.

The urbanization is located in a quiet area. It is recommended to have a car, however, it is only 5 minutes walk from the marina, supermarkets, and cafes in the area. The area connects very well with the rest of the island as it is only 5 minutes by car to reach the large commercial area of ​​Chafiras, 10 minutes to the south airport and 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and Las Américas. The apartment meets all the requirements established in legal regulations and non-holiday rentals.

Celia was wonderful checking in as we got very lost not realizing we needed to look for the gated complex entry on a corner, plus our plane was four hours late so it was 10pm before we met her. Great place, grocery store near and a couple of restaurants, but don't make the mistake we did and not realize that the nearby seaside towns (San Blas is closest) are very cool and there are tons of restaurants just a 1/2 mile away via the beach path if you don't want to park. Also traffic out of the area onto the highway stinks, just be patient, or find one of the back ways... And the natural pools are lovely and not terribly hard to ge down too, just wear good water shoes, you'll want to swim! They aren't marked by a sign but there are lots of cars parked on the highway.

Well located and able to walk to a variety of restaurants and bars. The site manager was easily contacted and sorted out some minor issues very quickly. We would recommend this safe and very well placed Apartment

The apartment is very clean and spacious, in a lovely, quiet area, super views towards the Marina and sea, from the lounge and balcony. The balcony is quite large, the pool and surrounding garden area is very well maintained and great for a liitle chill-out sunbathing. The underground car parking and lift access, to the apartment door, is ideal for luggage and shopping transfer. Communication from the owner, Daniel, is first class, and the support from Tahimi and Irene, during our stay was excellent. We would, definitely, consider a return visit.

Like: the person who met us at the property. The space in the apartment, the view and the grounds. The location was OK. Not good: The front balcony was large but predominantly in the shade for most of the day and completely in the shade from early afternoon onward. There were only two sun loungers - not adequate for a larger apartment. There were no reclining chairs. Cushions on the outside chairs (for the outside table) were not clean. The back balcony overlooked waste land. The kitchen units (part from the appliances) were of cheap quality and the kitchen was not well equipped. The shower was only just adequate. The WiFi was intermittent and non existent some days.
