About this house rental
This cozy 3-star middle house in a quiet cul-de-sac invites you to relax and unwind, featuring a small south-facing garden and a terrace. A designated parking space is available in front of the house.
It’s just a short walk (about 10 minutes) to the picturesque town center of Carolinensiel, which offers numerous cafés, restaurants, and shopping options.
Take advantage of the beautiful biking and hiking trails in and around Carolinensiel and enjoy the refreshing North Sea breeze at the nearby beach in Harlesiel. You’ll also find the ferry terminal here for the East Frisian island of Wangerooge, home to its unique seal colonies.
Amenities and Layout Our vacation home was built in 2004 and has been in our ownership since 2013. The vacation home accommodates 2–6 people and offers you a cozy home for the best time of the year across over 70 square meters spread over 3 floors.
Ground Floor:
Living and dining area with a leather sofa set, digital satellite TV, DVD player, and board games. Fully equipped built-in kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, and high chair, as well as small items for daily use.
Storage room with coat rack and guest restroom.
Additional storage room with washing machine, clothes rack, ironing board, iron, and clothes dryer.
First floor outdoor area:
South-facing terrace with patio furniture, large umbrella, and a grill for the terrace.
First floor:
1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 second bedroom with two single beds, 1 travel crib with a comforter and pillow, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Second floor:
1 bedroom with a double bed in an open-plan sleeping area
Non-smoking house; no pets allowed
There is a parking space directly next to the house. We are happy to offer a rental service for bed linens and towels for a fee.
