About this apartment rental
Impressive house located right on the water’s edge, offering spectacular views. This magnificent property has been completely renovated and furnished with a modern style, located in one of the most exclusive areas of Málaga: Pedregalejo.
Upon entering the house, you will find an entrance hall with stairs leading to the main floor. As soon as you reach the top of the stairs, you enter a beautiful living room, tastefully decorated, with a dining area and a sofa area (with a double sofa bed) and TV. Both areas are connected to an incredible private terrace, where the beach and the sea are right below. The experience of having breakfast, dinner, or enjoying a drink while listening to the relaxing sound of the waves is truly revitalizing.
The kitchen, which is fully equipped, is adjacent to the living room and has all the necessary utensils for your comfort. On the same main floor, you will find the master bedroom with a double bed (1.50 x 1.90 m), an en-suite bathroom, and views directly onto the terrace and the sea, offering unparalleled luxury. The second bedroom, facing the rear street of the house, is equally bright and peaceful. Additionally, there is another full independent bathroom on this floor.
Climbing up a second set of stairs, we find a large private terrace on the upper floor, much bigger than the one on the main floor. This terrace features artificial grass, a seating area with garden furniture, loungers for sunbathing, and unbeatable views of the sea and the beach, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation.
Pedregalejo Beach, the most exclusive beach in Málaga, is right in front. The area and the seaside promenade are filled with restaurants and bars where you can enjoy the best Málaga and Andalusian cuisine. Pedregalejo is a peaceful area that still retains much of Málaga’s traditional essence, with its historical fishing roots still present.
This house is a true privilege, both in terms of its location and its comfort, perfect for those seeking a very special vacation or a peaceful haven right by the sea.
Parking is available for 15 euros per day or 60 euros per week.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Great beach front property however noisy from the bars below even with double glazing. Better for young couples than families with children. Very busy at the weekends with people coming to the beach from Malaga. Lots of great seafood restaurants though expect to pay the price for the location. Property was comfortable and had 2 outdoor terraces and space for indoor dining. Parking is an extra price at 105 euros for the week at low season and needs a good driver to get into the space allocated due to a pillar in the way

Apartment is built above a restaurant/bar right on the beach. It is recently remodeled, clean, well laid out at and was very confortable for my wife and I along with two college-aged teens. Its a locals kind of place - not a lot of tourist, but everyone was welcoming. There is a store nearby for groceries or you can walk for miles on the boardwalk taking your pick of where to eat.
Downside - The house didn't come with much in the way of toiletries. No soap or shampoo. Also, for a property on the beach, we would expect beach chairs, beach towels etc. We had to go by them. Manager said they used to provide them, but they were taken frequently. I think thats a cost of renting a beach house. That said, the propery is great and the manager was very nice and accomodating.

Mold smell permeated the apartment. Couch very dirty. Towels very thin and they give you only one. Bathrooms smell. Plastic flowers all over the place. Pillows are horrible.
