Wake up to the sound of the waves and breathtaking sunrise views while you enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious balcony overlooking the Atlantic. Inside, the condo features a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, including high quality cookware, dinnerware, glassware, and appliances - including both a traditional coffee maker and Keurig. You will find cozy living spaces, three smart TVs, Wi Fi, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Fresh linens, pillows, blankets, and bath towels are provided to make your stay effortless.
This property is part of a premium oceanfront building undergoing a long term balcony and concrete restoration project as part of Florida’s new structural safety requirements. While you may notice shoring posts on the balcony and weekday construction noise, the balcony remains safe to use and the ocean view is still stunning. This unit is not scheduled for direct work until April 2027, so you’ll have full access during your stay.
You’ll receive keys for building and pool access upon arrival, along with a parking pass provided by the on site manager. Please note that garage parking is not available, and the property can accommodate one vehicle onsite. Additional visitor parking is conveniently located across the street. Sandpoint is now a smoke free property, and to ensure the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted in this unit.

Building Restoration & Balcony Safety: As part of Florida’s updated structural safety requirements, our oceanfront building is undergoing a comprehensive balcony and concrete restoration beginning June 13, 2026, continuing through 2027. Following the engineering review, you’ll notice temporary shoring posts on the balcony. These are part of the building’s safety protocol and will remain in place until the review and any required repairs are complete. Although visible, the balcony is safe to enjoy, and the ocean view remains beautifully open.
For your safety, please do not move or adjust the shoring posts. Any tampering would require professional correction and may result in deposit forfeiture and additional fees.
Work Schedule & What to Expect: Construction takes place Monday through Friday, beginning at 7:30 AM, with periods of noticeable noise between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Crews pause for scheduled breaks around 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 2:00 PM, typically lasting 20–30 minutes.
During active work on specific balconies, access to those areas will be temporarily restricted, and in some cases, a temporary plywood safety wall may be installed while the windows and sliding glass doors are being replaced. This barrier blocks sunlight and prevents entry while work is underway in that section.
Unit Timeline: This unit is tentatively scheduled for its portion of the project in April 2027, and is expected to have full balcony and unit access until that time.

The condo itself was beautifully renovated, very clean, and had plenty of space for our family. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was updated and well stocked, and the direct beach access was a huge plus. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and waking up to the ocean each morning. The host was responsive and easy to work with throughout our stay.That said, the building itself definitely shows its age. While the condo unit was excellent, the overall property and exterior areas felt older and in need of updates. There were large balcony support braces on every floor that partially obstructed the beach view from certain angles, which was disappointing compared to how open the photos appear.We also had some concerns with the assigned parking area. Our designated spot was directly where a drainage spout emptied water, so we constantly had to step over puddles/water getting in and out of the vehicle, especially after rain.Another thing worth mentioning was the extremely strong air freshener scent used throughout the hallways. Whenever neighboring units opened their doors, the smell would drift heavily into the condo. If you’re sensitive to strong fragrances, it could definitely become bothersome during the stay.Overall, we still had a good experience because the condo itself was very nice, updated, and in a great beachfront location. Just important for future guests to understand that the building amenities, exterior condition, and some common-area issues.

We had a wonderful Spring Break at Sandpoint. The space was perfect for our family of 4 and had everything we could possibly need. The unit was nicely renovated and very clean upon arrival. The kitchen was well stocked for enjoying meals in. We loved watching the sunrise from the private balcony and spending our days by the pool and at the beach.

This was our second time at this property. The beach views are fantastic. Make sure to get up and see the sunrise(Breathtaking). The property was a perfect location for us. It was away from the event we were attending. It is very peaceful! See you next year!

Beautiful ocean views from every room! Condo is decorated beautifully, has every utensil you need for cooking, plenty of towels, & upgraded appliances! Danielle, the host, is accommodating, thoughtful, and responsive! The place is impeccably clean! Pool is nice and steps from the beach-which is great for walking! If you have seasonal allergies, bring/buy kleenex or same if you prefer quality TP. Those are in the description that they are not supplied which is very minor. One of my favorite places we've stayed & has the best kitchen! Thank you, Danielle, for sharing your beach place! : )
