About this house rental
Open floor plan with a Covered Lanai and a screened in pool. Triple sliding glass doors open up the living space. TV's with internet access in every room including the pool area. 30' Dock and boat launch close by so bring your boat. Quiet neighborhood street ideal for families. Outside patio plus ample space at the dock. Two kayaks and two bikes available with signed liability waiver. Maximum of three cars in driveway. No cars in the garage. Will consider one small dog that is house trained.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed. The pool area was our favorite. We spent a lot of time out there and enjoyed grilling. The kayaks were a big hit. The neighborhood is great for taking walks, and all of the neighbors were so friendly. We’d be very happy to stay here again. Communication with Cal was excellent!

Beautiful home on saltwater canal. Owner supplied lots of extras, pool toys, kayaks e-bikes to make our stay even more enjoyable! Location is perfect! Thank you for sharing your home with us we will be back!

The property was in great shape and it was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The master suite king bed was comfortable the other two beds, not so much. The pool area is the highlight of the house and we spent most of our time out there. The neighborhood is very nice well kept and quiet.

Cal was great with communication! He allowed us to check in early, which was really nice. The house was as described and had everything we needed. We loved taking the kayaks and bicycles out. It was a very quiet neighborhood.
