Advantages -1 Great location with fabulous views.Disadvantages- 1. Equipment not maintained.2. House overrun with plants.3. Too many personal items in wardrobes.4. Only a hanging rail provided for clothes in main bedroom.5. Canopy over pool infested with nests. 6. No mention of building work two doors down.
