Location
The small apartment building housing the NordseeNest is situated in a completely quiet, traffic-calmed street lined mainly with single-family homes and smaller apartment buildings. The apartment is also located on the side facing away from the street. It’s just under a 10-minute walk (600 m) to the beach, mostly along an idyllic, car-free path, and there are several restaurants, two bakeries, and a supermarket in the immediate vicinity, all of which are easily accessible on foot.
A washing machine is available for use in the attic for a fee (cash machine).
. A free beach chair is also provided by the “ 01.05-27.09.”
This vacation rental is ideal for a relaxing vacation on the North Sea.
Visitor’s tax
As the property owner or rental agency, we are required to collect the applicable visitor’s tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the room rate.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. If you’d like, you can easily add a bedding and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive relaxed and travel light.
We provide the following starter kit for each guest:
– one cleaning cloth
– three dishwasher tablets
– two trash bags/compost bags
– one dish towel
– one roll of toilet paper
