The Main House is a spacious Cycladic-style villa, set within the On The Rocks gated estate, a small, family-run estate on a peaceful hillside in Ios.
Designed for up to 10 guests, the villa features a private infinity pool, landscaped gardens and uninterrupted sunset views over the Aegean Sea. Its elevated setting offers both privacy and a strong sense of space, ideal for families or groups of friends.
Located just a 5-minute walk from the unspoiled Valmas Beach and 15 minutes from Chora, the villa combines a quiet, relaxed setting with easy access to the island’s restaurants, bars and shops.
The Villa:
The Main House is a fully private residence with its own entrance, terraces, outdoor lounge areas and balconies.
Guests have exclusive use of:
Large private infinity swimming pool
Landscaped gardens and olive grove
Multiple outdoor dining and seating areas
BBQ and traditional wood-fired pizza oven
Sunset terraces and relaxed seating areas
Lawn areas and pétanque court

The layout provides generous shared spaces for dining and socialising, along with quieter areas to relax throughout the day.

Property was superb and very large. Property manager and staff were exceptional. The daily baked goods were over the top. Home was furnished with everything you would need including a fully functioning kitchen. Washer was a plus! Absolutely incredible views and location. Easy to get around. Short walk into town. Taxis were easy to call. We did a family (8) trip and would return. Everything was splendid! Highly recommend!!!

This is probably one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in. The view is just perfect and the villa itself is very clean and decorated in a very tasteful way.
The hosts were amazing, very friendly and provided us daily with breakfast bread, pastries and water.
The villa is about 15 minute walk from the Chora center which has its downsides but it also makes it a very calm retreat that we loved in the mornings after going out in the night.
I highly recommend this place!

We rented the five bedroom villa for a group of nine friends and loved it. Our hosts were very welcoming as they arranged for transportation from the port and had a lovely snack ready for us when we arrived at the villa. The villa was well maintained with exceptional bedding, linens and kitchen setup. We were very comfortble and felt pampered as everything is provided including luxurious toiletries. We had a large private pool and terrace to enjoy the beautiful gardens that surround the villa. Ios is a wonderful place to visit and the views from the villa were unparalleled. Even though the area was experiencing high winds, we enjoyed hiking the area and exploring the town. I would highly recommend a stay at this villa.
