Great stay! Host was easy to communicate and very quick to respond to any questions. Condo was well stocked with everything you could need including beach gear. Private beach access was uncrowded and perfect during a busy week on the island. Property overall was well maintained. Looking forward to returning.

Great condo. Well stocked and efficient use of space. Plenty of utensils, beach towels, bed linens etc. Beach closet was also well stocked with chairs, umbrella, wagon and multiple coolersEasy walk across the street to the beach. Needed coins for laundry. Owner was very responsive and quick to deal with questions and issues

Awesome location!! Walking distance to many restaurants and the beach access is right across the street!! Very clean and comfortable
It does say on the VRBO listing, under amenities, that there is a fitness room and hot tub, which there is not.

This was a quaint condo with everything needed for a good vacation. Perfect for two parents and a teen to sleep on the hide-a-bed. Walking distance to the beach and close to everything Marco Island has to offer.
