Guests have full, private use of The Happy Eagle beach house, including the interior living space, private deck with outdoor seating, and gas grill. You'll also have access to our shared park-like grounds and private beach, just 50 feet away across the lawn. Free parking is available on-site for vehicles or trailers. Kayaks and paddleboards may be available for guest use on a first-come basis. The beach and outdoor areas may be shared with a few other guests staying on the property.

The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cookware, a dishwasher, and everything you need to cook and dine in comfort. Thick towels, soft linens, and thoughtful touches provide a relaxed, upscale experience.
Outside, your private seating area includes a gas grill and space to unwind under the stars. Watch bald eagles, seals, river otters, and blue herons right from your window.

This is an 8 acre lot with a wide driveway and lots of space to park boat trailers and RVs. Summer temperatures vary between 60-75 degrees.
