About this villa rental
This unique villa perched on a hilltop is only 3 km away to Stoupa village and 1 hour drive to Kalamata KLX Airport.
Villa Arsinoi has 2 bedrooms, one on ground floor with ensuite bathroom and one on first floor with family bathroom. On ground floor the living area is open to the dining area and to the fully equipped kitchen. The large private swimming pool is in the same level with the front semi covered veranda.
Situated on a 4000 m2 secluded plot enjoying a large private swimming pool overlooking Messinian Gulf offers full privacy and panoramic sea views with spectacular sunsets.
Villa Arsinoi located on the top of the plot. In the same plot situated also the other two detached villas of the complex Rathimata villas. All the villas feature private outdoor pools and BBQ.

LAYOUT :
The accommodation at ground floor consists of open plan living area with dining, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washing machine and one bedroom with twin beds and ensuite bathroom. Two patio doors leading to a very spacious semi covered veranda enable you to dine outside.
From the veranda you can reach the stone paved pool area (in the same level) and the BBQ.
The Private Pool ( 4m x 9.5m ) with large pool steps is equipped with sun loungers, outside shower and has professional maintenance.
The view from the pool is breathtaking and there is full privacy in the pool area.
An internal staircase leads on the upper floor of the villa where you will find the master bedroom with double bed and full bathroom with shower. The bedroom has direct access to a front veranda with amazing sea views, as well a rear spacious veranda with mountain and sea view is also available in this floor.
The living area has two patio doors, two windows and the entrance door.
The twin bedroom has one patio door and back door. The double bedroom has three windows and one patio door. The rear veranda in upper floor offers shade in the afternoon.

Everything about our holiday in this villa was lovely- location, views, villa, pool, Akis the owner. The pool and villa are kept beautifully clean and Akis responds very quickly and is very helpful (helped us to sort a flat car battery). The views are stunning and we did not want to leave!! If a peaceful holiday in a beautiful location is what you are after then this is the place for you!!! Highly recommended

We spent some amazing days in this beautiful house of Akis!
It is located in the hills above Stoupa with an amazing view over the coast and the mediterranien sea- specially on sunset.
The cleaning and the equipment of the accomodation was perfekt- big compliments to the staff!
The communication with Akis before and durin our stay was very easy- every answer arrived within 30 minutes.
Thank you Akis for your hospitality- we will definitly come back!!

The villa is beautiful with amazing views. The sunsets are unbelievable.
Akis - the owner is very helpful and nothing is too much trouble.
I would recommend this place to everyone who wants a relaxing holiday in perfect surroundings.

Beautiful villa with amazing view over the sea. Only a few minutes away from Stoupa and the beautiful beach of Kalogria. The owner Akis is extremely friendly and explains you everything about the place.
The Villa itself is very clean and well-maintained. It was a wonderfil stay.
