About this house rental
2600+ Sq ft. two-story home, 2-car garage with a shared driveway. On the main floor, we have the kitchen & island with wine rack, living room, half bath, and an over-sized deck with a gorgeous view of the Cumberland River. The Tennessee Titans practice facility is within eyes view. On the upper level, we have a master suite and 2 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, media room, and laundry room. The master suite features a king bed and attaches to a luxury bathroom with a spacious walk-in closet and even has its own personal deck.

This property was perfect for our Girl’s Trip 2026. We had planned to attend nightlife downtown but ended up just enjoying the skyline from the deck. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful. Very clean and well stocked. The deck facing the city was such a nice place to go and enjoy coffee in the morning. It was very quiet, we didn't have any issues with noise at all. We stayed with friends so the split bedrooms upstairs was nice, we all had our privacy. I couldn't recommend this place more it was absolutely perfect!! The only small detail that I would change is that there were only nonstick pans, and wish maybe for some stainless steel. This was just a side note though. I would definitely stay here again, it was literally perfect.

The house was awesome!! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the deck! Kitchen, especially coffee, was very well stocked!!

One of the best Vrbo , I have ever stayed in , if not the Best. Amazing shape all beds all new everything in my view , plenty of towels and everything else . Cold water in fridge everything and more you will need good decks and view of river . If return to Nashville this our #1 choice !
