Beautifully remodeled duplex with fenced yard all new furnishing . Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker .Small back yard for your enjoyment, Tankless water heater ,washer and dryer iron and ironing board. Stainless steel appliances with microwave . Granit countertops and a subway tiles backsplash. Queen size bed in the bedroom and queen sofa sleeper in living room, security system internet and cable tv.

The place was fine but the neighborhood was not so great. Host was very responsive when issues with TV came up. Needs new sofa; not comfortable. Alarm system was very sensitive. Alarm went off each day and once during night reporting window crash but all false alarms.

From booking throughout our stay, this little property was perfect for our needs. We came to Oklahoma to visit family scattered around the area. It was just right as a base to move in all directions. The fenced yard was a nice place for our little doggies who traveled with us. A good value for the money!
