Just a short distance from the ocean, this pet-friendly vacation home lets you experience it all. Thanks to the convenient onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 14-minute walk to Kermabec Beach, or easily tackle the 19-minute drive to Plage de Penhors.

Relax in the garden (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink on the deck or patio of this vacation home. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. And there's access to laundry facilities, so you can even pack a bit lighter. Other amenities include a BBQ grill, bed sheets, and a dining table.

Property is about 1km from the beach - one evening we jogged to watch the sun set over the beach. Property is very generous: there were only 3 of us, but having the big room with roof windows to the back means you can feel like you're outside without having to be. Very good to have the option of a picnic bench (which we used sometimes) and the bar-b-cue set. The owner was very helpful, giving tips on what to buy where and then left us on our own for the week. We needed to leave promptly on the last day - owner was very accommodating. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and cooker (and fridge / freezer) all worked well. Plenty of storage space too! Be aware that the closest car park in the summer months seems to be the one about 500m from the beach at Treguennec. It is a lovely beach, also with lifesavers on duty. (The closer car park only open off-season)
