Newly Built 3 Bedroom Cottage At Nolin Lake. Only 500 yards to the Neighborhood Boat Ramp. Canoe, Kayak, Swim and Fish From Shoreline or Just Catch the Sunrise.

Everything was perfect. Excellent and fast communication with the host whenever we had any questions. Outstanding location (local coffee spot was a hidden gem.) I would recommend this place to anyone. Take a drive in any direction and the sights are nothing short of beautiful.

Just needs some minor upkeep. As far as furniture outside and landscape. I'm sure that is due to the popularity of the cottage. And the time of year. The driveway is a bit intimidating, with it being such a steep hill and rock gravel. It's VERY clean, and a comfy place to stay. Wanted to have a bonfire, but it rained so we chose a night in for movies And relaxing. We were very happy with our stay. We were able to take our dog when the pet sitter didn't work out, and he even worked with the last minute change in plans. Would suggest a bigger sign for the house number. LolBut the special instructions were very accurate and helped a lot.

We enjoyed our stay with some exceptions. There was a single partially used roll of toilet paper in the house. I can understand having to supply paper products for the majority of our stay, but that wasn’t even enough for one night with three ladies. Also short on paper towels and no kitchen towels to be found to use instead. TV remotes had no batteries, there was a sour milk smell in the fridge. Towels, sheets, and pillows need a major upgrade. When we messaged the host for help with TVs we got a very generic reply and then silence. But it was very quiet and peaceful, and it was close enough to Mammoth Cave and the Lincoln sites to be easy to get around. Price was very affordable.
