Had an excellent stay here! Place was beautiful and there was tons of space for everyone. The staff was also amazing. They organized a fantastic private chef and really went above and beyond to make sure the place was clean and we had whatever we needed in the house. Our concierge Milagros was super responsive and helpful in getting us set up with activities, taxis, reservations, etc. Would happily go back here!

We were a group of 10 people staying over a long weekend at Villa Infinita. We were excited with a lot of plans but when you have so many people there is always a fear of logistics.The house, is even better than the pictures which you can see yourself but I want to talk about the staff and services. It was fantastic. Everyone from the host, our property concierge Milagros, Francisco our helper/bartender, the chef (incredible cooking), cleaners, everyone was there for us whenever we needed it just making sure that everything is going smoothly and perfectly. We're still talking about the service a week later and couldn't be happier. It made the whole trip work when a lot of things could have gone wrong. When we go back to Casa De Campo even if for whatever reason this house wasn't available we would ask the host and her staff for help. Thank you for making our weekend!

An UnforgettableExperience in Casa de CampoWe rented this beautiful villa in Casa de Campo for a very special occasion-our intimate wedding-and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect.The villa was stunning and ideal for hosting our family and friends. The food was delicious throughout our stay, and the property was perfectly equipped to accommodate a large group comfortably.What truly made this experience extraordinary was the exceptional service.The staff went above and beyond in every way, always attentive, kind, and eager to help. Their attention to detail was incredible. During our stay, we also celebrated my birthday, and the house staff surprised me by decorating everything beautifully. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made the celebration even more special and memorable.Communication with both the concierge and the host was outstanding from beginning to end. They were responsive, professional, and made planning our wedding and celebrations completely stress-free.We are so grateful for the wonderful memories we created here. If you're looking for a villa with amazing service, delicious food, excellent communication, and a truly caring staff, this is the place.We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Casa de Campo.Thank you for helping make our wedding, birthday celebration, and family gathering so unforgettable!

The rating for this property was hard to give. I was here for my wedding at Casa de Campo. Overall, the property is immensely clean and the staff in the home were wonderful. I would give them 5 out of 5 stars. The pool is outstanding as well.
My biggest issue with this stay was our concierge. There were some big issues with communication. I did have to follow up with her on several E-mails before coming. I had asked her to have enough groceries for twelve people for breakfast for the days we were here, to rent golf carts, and for her to arrange airport transport too. I has asked her if I needed to fill out a form or provide a credit card to pay for the golf carts and she said no the golf carts would just be at the villa.
The problems started at the airport. When we got outside the airport we were looking for our transfer and could not find it. We called our concierge and texted her and she did not pick up. She did call back a few minutes later and said the driver was at another terminal. It took about another 20 minutes for him to show up. We tried calling her again multiple times while waiting because we were worried we had still missed them. She didn't respond to our calls until we had finally found our driver and were about twenty minutes into our journey.
That night at 9pm two men came to our villa asking for payment for our golf cart rentals. I was never made aware I needed to bring several hundred dollars in cash to pay for the rentals, especially since I had previously asked if I needed to. That was extremely frustrating and inappropriate to have two men show up demanding money at 9pm at night. We had to ask the guys to come back the following day so we could get cash and confirm with that this wasn't a scam. In addition, the concierge never mentioned what we needed to do in order to get more gas for the golf carts, which became an issue later on. The concierge also did not tell the chef to buy the appropriate amount of food, which we found out on our third day when our chef informed us there was not enough.
There were a few issues with the property. Several rooms had issues with showers or no hot water. This property is massive, so I am understanding that upkeep can be challenging. My review for this property is really based on the concierge. There was poor communication and that really affected our stay. Unfortunately, we had several other issues with communication, but there is not enough room to write them out in this review.
