Winter parking begins 12/1 and will be tiered with $39/vehicle/night Sunday – Thursday and $42/vehicle/night on Friday and Saturday. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.
Elevator Access: This property offers convenient elevator access to the unit.
We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

The place is great. The location makes it. Unit was a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The shower leaves alot to be desired, could not get the shower on fully and the water temp was difficult to get right, but overall the place was great. fireplace with free firewood was a nice touch after a long day skiing.

Communication to check in early was a run around contact host via vrbo they would direct you to front desk then front desk told you to contact host

Amazing location, resort is great. Building amenities are terrific. The room was just okay. Not a Kitchen- it’s a Kitchenette. Very dated. Lighting is not good. Bath/shower/tub needs repairs and updates. Added costs for parking were a huge shock.
