While having a vehicle is recommended for optimal convenience, our central Scottsdale location offers accessible dining options within walking distance. Additionally, free shuttles like the Tempe Orbit and Scottsdale Trolley, with stops nearby.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



The pool & hot tub gets serviced weekly on Wednesdays (hours vary). Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause it to appear slightly discolored. Monsoon season with heavy wind and rains is June through September.



The hot tub is available to all guests complimentary typically heated on a set schedule 5pm-12am daily. The schedule is to ensure that the pool and hot tub are cleaned and maintained properly since this is only a residential pool. If you want a different schedule or operation for the hot tub please ask the host, otherwise the hot tub runs on the standard 5pm-12am as most common usage is night time.



The pool may be requested to be heated up to 85 degrees for an additional $50/night for your 3 nights or more & $100/night for 2 nights or fewer, otherwise the pool will be unheated. If you haven't been to Arizona, the pool without heat stays about 70 degrees in the winter and around 90 degrees during the summer.



This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59 for stays up to 10 nights.
