About this house rental

Located on a quiet low-traffic residential street with small neighborhood bars, restaurants and shopping nearby including a convenience store around each corner. Located between I-71 & I-90 for quick access to everywhere in Cleveland. Enjoy morning coffee on the large wooden deck in back or on the charming covered front porch. (Back patio furniture not out during winter)
Central Air Conditioning. (UPDATED HVAC System and Duct work for great dispersion of heating and cooling. February 2024)
All 3 Bedrooms and 1 full bathroom are located on the second floor with another large full bathroom located in the basement.

We spent 3 nights during a family trip. Home was as described in listing, bedding and furniture was nice and comfortable. Richard was great with quick responses to any questions I had. I will say the neighbors are quite loud, which isn’t the owners fault but was noted by several other people.

Clean, neat and ample for my wife and I, and our two grown children and their spouses who came to Cleveland for two family reunions.Our VRBO host was communicative and responsive. What a great property! It was close to the venues we wanted to enjoy ( close to downtown), and it was nice to relax, sit outside, and enjoy a home-cooked meal when we were done with our daily sightseeing. It was cozy and furnished so nicely. It was nice that the thermostat was a Nest, which allowed us to control the temperature due to the weather change, and the smart fridge was an excellent addition!

We were in Cleveland as vendors at the National Sports Collectors Convention in July and were lucky enough to have found this house for our stay. It had all the comforts of home and was beautiful! After an exhausting day at the IX Center, it was a welcome place to come home to. Richard, the host was very responsive and I highly recommend!

Sparkling clean home, well appointed kitchen with various small appliances including electric tea kettle, comfortable beds, plenty of bath towels, ample driveway parking, washer & dryer, located a few blocks from I-90 to drive downtown.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. The entire house appears to be recently updated and the coffee and snacks were a welcome addition. Beds were very comfortable and air worked well. Conveniently located to all things Cleveland. Richard quickly communicated back with any questions I had. It was clean, nicely decorated and had all the essentials we needed for our stay - all in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our time there. This property was very clean and was located in a quiet neighborhood within a 15-20 minute drive to many attractions. The house was updated recently, with a large refrigerator, convection oven, nice kitchen cabinets with granite countertops, and very tastefully decorated. There were plenty of dishes and cookware available for those wishing to prepare their own meals. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was very attentive to any requests that we made. My friends and I highly recommend this property to anyone who is interested in visiting Cleveland.

Had a little issue entering the house but was very quickly addressed and resolved by property management. The location was good as I would be traveling to points west, east and south of the city. There was some late night partying nearby but things eventually quieted down to our satisfaction.

It was a wonderful property, newly renovated to be a rental space with updated furnishings, counters, decor, etc. The front door and back deck were lovely spaces for early morning coffee or dinner gatherings. The location to downtown Cleveland and its sights make it ideal for people touring the city for the first time. And the hosts were considerate and friendly. I hope to return one day during a future visit to Cleveland.

This well furnished house located in a friendly working class neighborhood is a great location for your Cleveland visit. There is ample driveway parking for your car(s) and pleasant gathering places inside and outside. The beds are some of the most comfortable I've found in any VRBO type rental - I slept soundly every night which I don't do at home. The kitchen is very well equipped and easy for cooking, the dining area and sitting areas downstairs are pleasant. Driving distance to Cleveland attractions are generally within 15-20 minutes including Edgewater Park, the Cleveland Botanical Garden, Cleveland Art Museum and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, all of which we visited. And all are worth a visit or two. There are restaurants an easy drive away, though we chose to eat "at home" our three nights there and have a glass or two of wine on the porch or patio. The owner was the most helpful of any we've had in a long while. The digital doorlock was not working properly and he got us a regular house key and checked to make sure all was well several times through our visit. We will be returning to Cleveland for another look at the three places we visited this trip and will consider this as our Cleveland base.
