The apartment Sunshine is located in the attic of a 100 year old villa and is modern and stylish. The entrance area leads to the open living area with a sofa bed for 1 person and to the adjacent sleeping area with a 1.60 m wide bed. A kitchen unit integrated in the living area has two induction fields and an oven with hot air, grill and microwave. The daylight bathroom with bathtub is right next door.
A parking space is available on the property.

die wohnung ist klein aber fein. jedoch für ältere, also rentner, etwas schwierig. die zweite etage ist schon eine herausvorderung. die wanne ist zu tief, unfallgefahr, man kann beim aussteigen abrutschen. die ausstattung ist aber gut bis sehr gut. die lage zum strand und zum zentrum ist ok.

Kleine gemütliches Zimmer mit allem Comfort. Leider hat die Kaffeemaschine leichte Macken. Ein Sonnenschirm mit Halterung wäre nicht schlecht. Lage der Wohnung sehr gut. 98% Weiterempfehlung.
