Located in the Le Grand Large residence, you’ll have a private, numbered parking space.
The apartment is on the 1st floor; there is no elevator.
Enjoy a pleasant stay in this fully equipped studio with a breathtaking ocean view.
The apartment features a living room with a 140x200 double bed, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine), and a shower room with a toilet; in the entryway, you’ll find a closet with a washing machine.
Finally, you can enjoy meals on the terrace with a sea view.
The apartment faces SOUTHEAST, so the sunrise is exceptional.
No extra charges for sheets here!
The bed is made upon your arrival, and bath towels are provided.
The location is ideal—you’re just a 5-minute walk from downtown Sainte-Maxime and its beach.
A convenience store is located 100 meters from the residence.
The ideal arrival time is between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to avoid traffic jams, which are very common during the summer.
If you plan to arrive after this time frame, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.

All was as described. The apartment was well furnished and very clean. Sea view too ! Location excellent - just a short walk into the main part of town, with a Casino grocery store nearby also. Secure parking which is a huge bonus in this busy coastal town. Eva was very responsive to messages and all was great !

My husband and I spent a 5 day vacation at the Côte d'Azur and had booked Eva's little gem for our stay. We had chosen it for it's incredible view and it's location and we couldn't have been more happy with our choice. Although the weather wasn't treating us as well as hoped we could enjoy the sea view even from the bed when waking up in the morning or after an afternoon nap and the place was cosy enough to have some dinners in the apartment, too. Also for exploring the area it was very convenient and the parking place was a very nice add-on, too.

Short walking distance (5-10mins) to plenty of bars and restaurants. This Studio is perfect for a stay in Ste Max. Very clean and well maintained. Good facilities including a washing machine and hair dryer. Would have loved to be able to hang up clothes but just had drawers and presses for storage. Lovely sea view from the small balcony which gets early morning sun. Great to have a secure parking spot too as you don’t need to drive around the town. Short walk to the port where you can take the boat to St Tropez and Port Grimaud. Would definitely stay here again. Eva was a pleasure to deal with.
