This cozy house is tucked away on a street right off Clemson Blvd. Which is Andersons main strip of restaurants, stores and activities. Only a 7 minute drive to Anderson University, 23 minutes away from Clemson University, 30 minutes from Greenville and in close proximity to downtown Anderson.

This is our second time staying here. The house is clean and provides all the basics. Convenient to the University, downtown, box stores and restaurants. We really appreciate the attached garage. Owner is kind and very responsive. We look forward to staying again.

My wife and I stayed here when we were in town to watch our son when he was in a college fishing tournament. The property was just as described. Very clean, easy to park. Our son actually stayed with us the last night and he was able to park his boat and truck and we parked our van with no issues. Would definitely stay again.
