Les Crosets: Beautiful, luxurious chalet "Godfrey", 1'750 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, built in 2008. In the resort 400 m from the centre of Les Crosets, in a secluded, quiet, elevated position, south facing position. In the house: sauna, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Motor access (300 m via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 12 km, shopping centre 17 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Chapelle" 600 m, railway station "Val d'Illiez" 8 km. Skisport facilities 100 m. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

Floor heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed and bath/WC. Shower/WC, Sauna. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with 1 french bed and bath/shower/WC. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds and bath/shower/WC. 1 room with 2 beds and shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: small gallery. Balcony, south facing position, terrace, east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage (3 cars).
