Welcome to Little Bit Of Heaven! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom private pool home nestled in beautiful Port Charlotte, FL. Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, the home features a large fenced yard, perfect for outdoor activities. Inside, you'll find a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a cozy breakfast nook that seats four comfortably. The living room, complete with a plush couch and matching recliner, provides the perfect setting for relaxation after a long day. Step through the sliding glass doors to the private pool area, where you can unwind at the outdoor table with two chairs or soak up the sun on the chaise loungers.
The primary bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower for ultimate convenience. The second bedroom also features a queen-size bed and ample closet space, while the third bedroom, with its coastal charm, includes a queen-size bed and a closet. The second bathroom boasts a shower/tub combo and an updated vanity.
Located in Port Charlotte, this home is close to a variety of outdoor activities, from fishing and boating on the Peace River to exploring nearby parks and golf courses. Plus, enjoy easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local entertainment options that make Port Charlotte a wonderful destination for both relaxation and adventure.
House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No Pets.
Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed. Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.

The owner did this property up right. Very well equipped in the kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedrooms, lanai, and pool was perfect temperature. Entire property inside and out was very clean. Can't think of a single thing it needed.
Our only issue was with the GCVR's maintenance company. Air conditioning was not on when we arrived. House was 98 degrees when we arrived. Took our breath away when we first walked in. It took until the next morning to get comfortable. Once it did the house was delightful. This was not at all the home owner's fault, it was the maintenance company's "Final Inspector" failure.
Home owner...you did a great job making this house feel like being home!!! We would recommend this house to anyone. And we would be delighted to use it again ourselves.

Everything was ready for us when we arrived. The private pool quickly became our favorite spot, perfect for both relaxing afternoons and family fun. The host was attentive and easy to reach, which made the whole stay feel effortless.
