There are 94 houses in the approx. 2 hectare facility. Most Thai owners rarely use the houses. The beach, several kilometers long, is mostly deserted.

After staying for a long weekend we actually ask ourselves if we should not buy property here: close enough to Bangkok, not touristy and crowded, Thai Style rather than International... and perfect base to visit both Rayong and Chantaburi provinces, or kho Samed.
